Performance Analysis

Performance Analysis

The Jackal Ghost sits in the sweet spot of the Jackal line. The Predator V2 asymmetric core (.054 differential, .015 intermediate differential) provides Motiv’s strongest asymmetric shape, while the Coercion HFS coverstock at 3000 grit gives it enough surface to read medium-heavy oil without being as aggressive as the Jackal Onyx. The 3000 grit finish (vs the Onyx’s 1000 grit) means the Ghost pushes a bit further through the fronts before engaging. This makes it more usable on typical house shots and medium-heavy tournament conditions.

Who Is This Ball For?

League bowlers who want a powerful asymmetric that works on house shots. Tournament players who need a Jackal that doesn’t require flooded conditions to perform. The everyday asymmetric for bowlers who find the Onyx too aggressive for most situations.
