Brunswick Twist Red Purple
Brunswick is excited to introduce the Twist, a new entry performance series that bridges the gap between T Zones and Rhinos.
What the Specs Tell Us
The Brunswick R-16 Pearl Reactive coverstock pushes through the front of the lane and stores energy for an angular backend move. With an RG of 2.59 and a .018 differential, this core stores energy longer, pushing further down the lane with low flare for a smooth, controllable reaction. Engineered for medium-light conditions where control and length through the heads are essential.

I like to use the term "Good Little Ball" because to me the Twist is . It may not be a flashy and hook driven like the rest but for those bowlers who have lower ball speeds and those who want to play straighter ? , this ball fits both needs. Its in that beginner resin family but it really does roll well for it intent. I like it on the dry conditions and it does do its job . Its a "Good Little Ball in name only!! Eric Forkel 5 x PBA Champ
What a nice option to be able to offer bowlers when they come into the shop. They are looking for something more than a plastic ball and aren't sure they want something overly aggressive, so this is a good option. Also, the price point for this ball is something that most people are comfortable with and don't mind spending for a ball with performance.
I'm a newbie bowler with a bum shoulder--so this ball is perfect! I don't have a "hook" and this ball will go right where I send it.
Purchase this for my son. Although the core isn't much due to the lower weight chosen 9lbs, it provides some traction for lower speeds on the friction. Great for beginners.
73,started bowling again after 30 yrs,6 weeks bowling, average 158.Hits pocket good for such a cheap ball.like everyone if i could pick up easy spares, average could be 20 pins higher.
I was going to buy another ball when i got to a 175 average.I’m there now, decided just to keep this one, stays in the pocket a lot. Will have a 200 average by summer.Very good buy,i have 14 pound and throw it 14.5 mph.The ball fits me well.I hit it with a pad, stand on 21 1/2 hit the nine board and it’s in the pocket.Maybe move a board are two either way in three games.I can afford any bowling balls but there is no need to change.I just throw houseshot.I bowl with just one ball.
Terrible because l never received the item and company would not promptly replace it. My bowling league will no longer use this company due to poor customer service.
I was struggling bowling on medium oiled which dries out very quickly using high and mid performance balls. I needed a ball that would accommodate my speed which is 12 mph. I won the ball in a bowling ball raffle and I am very happy with my choice. I am bowling a lot better in that house and shot a 277 last week. I throw the any where between the 5 board and 10 board. I love the fact that I don't have to make extreme adjustments when the lanes dry out.
