From the moment I clicked to pay for the ball, I couldn't find a "Cancel" to cancel the order. I searched everywhere to cancel it, but couldn't find anywhere to do so. So I had to send them an e-mail which said I would reply within 48 hours. Thinking I had eniugh time, I waited & waited & waited and was never anweered. All OI wanted to do was change my order to another ball, but never could even though I had 7 days before I received my ball. I was very disappointed during the whole transaction. To top it off, the shop that drilled my ball did a lousy job so now I'm stuck with a ball I didn't get cancelled and now because it's drilled wrong and the shop won't back their work. A friend went with me, too, and has a ball drilled like mine, lousy job on her ball too!
