Order # 100825522. Called 1800-279-2695 four ( 4 ) times stating my issue and was told somebody will call me back and only on the 4th call when I say I'm being ignored so I'll stop Complaining. Now someone is finally asking what the problem was. Go back to my first three calls.
Perfect spare ball, nearly straight as an arrow and the photo does not do justice to how red this ball is...
The thumb whole wasn't big enough and the 10 lb ball doesn't feel like a 10 lb it feels like a 8lb ball. The 8lb ball is just right and I love it.
Kinda hard to get excited about a spare ball but this one is so far, as the headline reads. Many problems w/previous spare ball, - it didn’t like to go straight! This one? Only direction it knows! Still getting use to polish effect - on league oil it slides just a wee bit!

Product looks awesome, but the drilled holes are rough on your fingers. That is the only reason I may not purchase a ball from Bowlers Mart in the future.
