SWAG Executioner Solid

The SWAG Executioner Solid is honestly a completely different look from any other SWAG ball I have thrown, and that is what makes this ball so interesting to me. What immediately stands out is the shape it creates downlane. The Executioner Solid doesn’t give me that sharp, quick response off the friction that I get from some of my other equipment. Instead, it reads the lane, gets into a strong forward roll, and continues driving through the pins. It’s a smoother, more controlled motion, but don’t mistake controlled for weak—this ball still hits with plenty of power. I really like the Executioner Solid on fresh oil, especially when I need something that will pick up the lane without overreacting downlane. I can trust the ball to stay in front of me and continue through the pocket instead of making a violent move off the spot. The biggest thing for me is that the Executioner Solid fills a motion I didn’t really have anywhere else in my SWAG arsenal. It’s unique, predictable, and gives me another option when the lanes call for control and forward continuation.

The Executioner is, without a doubt, the strongest bowling ball SWAG has made to date. This ball is an absolute beast when it comes to handling oil and heavy volume. From the moment it touches the lane, you can see the strength it has. The Executioner gets into an early read through the midlane and continues with a strong, smooth motion all the way through the backend. . The Executioner is built for oil, and it shows every time I throw it. It digs into the lane early without losing its continuation, allowing me to attack heavier volumes of oil while still getting a strong, controlled motion downlane. The backend isn't overly flippy or unpredictable. Instead, it continues through the pins with serious power. For longer sport patterns, the Executioner is a weapon. Those extra feet of oil don't seem to bother this ball at all. When the lanes are flooded and I need something that will read early, control the midlane, and continue strongly through the pins, this is the ball I want in my hand. Longer sport shots simply don't stand a chance against the Executioner.

The Swag Executioner Solid delivers absolute raw traction on the lanes, easily standing out as the strongest ball the brand has produced to date. It comfortably outhooks previous powerhouses like the Judge Solid and Dragon Solid, making it an real monster for heavy oil patterns and fresh house shots. I had this drilled to accommodate how strong it is. What sets this ball apart is how well it responds to a dual-angle layout of 65° x 4 5/8" x 30". Thanks to the slightly longer 4 5/8" Pin-to-PAP distance, the ball manages to conserve its core energy through the heads rather than burning up too early in the front part of the lane. Combined with a fast-responding 30° VAL angle, it retains incredible hitting power and drive through the pins. It serves as an excellent first game ball out of the bag before transitioning to a weaker hybrid option.

This is my new favorite by far. This is the strongest piece we have for swag. Rolls like a true asym with lots of power. This ball does the work for you. No need to roll it or feel like you need to rip the cover stock off. This ball wants to grab and just finish. Ball is absolutely amazing and up there with the best asyms on the market. So for I have shot 709 first time with it on house shot and was able to use it on a very demanding long sport shot for the NMO. THIS HAS FOUND A PERMANT place in my bag.

This was a really difficult review to write because it meant putting the ball down. I love this ball. Drilled 60 x 5” x 30, the Executioner is the strongest ball from SWAG that I have thrown. It is a couple of boards stronger and a little earlier than the Black Dragon Hybrid, shape is rounded and not sharp, which is to be expected from a heavier oil volume monster. It is very much a control ball with a strong midlane read and powerful continuation through the pins. My favorite ball from this set of releases so far, I love the strength and predictability it provides on fresh and heavier oil patterns. I have found I can make adjustments and continue playing this ball as the lanes start to transition without it losing energy or carry. This will likely be the first ball out of the bag at Nationals, replacing my Judge. The core looks to be a modified Graffiti core and the coverstock with AP26 is a great match to what the SWAG Development team was looking to create. This is a must for any bowler wanting to try SWAG or that already loves the SWAG brand. Really strong release. I’mma go back to throwing it now.

All I can say is wow! The Executioner Solid is advertised as the strongest, most aggressive ball Swag has ever built. And it did not disappoint. I wanted a strong ball for heavier oil patterns encountered during tournament play and this ball does what it says for me. The Executioner Solid has a very controllable and consistent motion, makes a strong, smooth motion off the spot, and drives hard thru the pins. As a senior bowler I love it. Without a doubt the Executioner Solid is the strongest Swag ball I have so far. It is stronger than my Black Dragon Hybrid which is another Swag ball I absolutely love. I you want a ball with big, controllable motion, and a strong mid lane move and continuation thru the pins, The Executioner Solid is the ball for you.

Cory Graley - Swag Staff Member The SWAG Executioner is easily the best ball I’ve thrown from SWAG to date. As a one-handed, thumb-in righty with high revs and high ball speed, I need a ball that can handle the amount of energy I create while still giving me a shape I can trust. The Executioner checks every box for me. What really stands out is the combination of strength and smoothness. It gives me plenty of traction and continuation without being overly jumpy off the spot. When the lanes start to transition and I need to move deeper inside, the Executioner gives me the confidence to open up my angles without feeling like I’m sacrificing control. It reads the lane in a very predictable way and continues strongly through the pins. For my game, that trust is huge. I can see myself going to the Executioner when I need something strong enough to create traction from deeper angles, but smooth enough to stay under control. This is a ball that has earned a permanent spot in my bag, and in my opinion, it’s the best SWAG has produced so far.

I drilled this ball 70x5x35 i wanted a strong ball that will allow me to move left and still be able to finish. I used this on a house shot that had a lot of transition that forced me to move left. I stood on 30 laid ball down on 22 and crossed arrows at 20 out to five. For me this ball is low friction and strong response time in oil. I moved right just to see how it will handle early friction. I saw the friction early but still maintained a very continuous motion off the pattern. with some polish or compound this ball will be very good in high friction environments, but that is not what i got the ball for. i felt like it took surface changes very well while still maintaining a continuous motion. On sport shots it handled the oil very well and was very smooth and continuous. On a sort shot this ball will be very good in my opinion on medium patterns and when the lane transitions. In my bag for sport shots this ball will be next in line after i get out of the back dragon. On house shots this ball will be sued when i have to get left and open up my angles.

The Swag Executioner Solid seems to be the big daddy of the lineup! This ball hits like a truck and brings some serious power when it gets to the pocket. The overall motion is strong and very versatile, depending on the hand position and release. With a smoother hand position, the Executioner can read the lane smoothly and create a strong, controlled shape. But when you get your hand around it and create more axis rotation, this ball can really snap off the spot and make an aggressive move toward the pocket. For my game, this is definitely a ball I want to have when the lanes are slick and there is plenty of oil. The Executioner Solid gives me the traction and continuation I need to handle heavier oil patterns without losing energy downlane. When it finds the pocket, the hitting power is impressive, and you can really see the pins get driven through the deck. If you are looking for a strong, powerful ball that can handle heavy conditions and still give you plenty of motion, the Swag Executioner Solid is definitely one to consider.

IT HAS THE NEW AP26 COVERSTOCK ADDITIVE THAT GIVES THIS BALL MORE LENGHT WHICH SAVES ALOT OF ENGERY FOR THE BACKEND GIVING IT GREAT RESPONSE TO FRICTION. THE NEW EXECUTIONER CORE, SUPREME SOLID COVER STOCK COMES 3000 ABRALON WHICH GIVES YOU GREAT RESPONSE TO OVER UNDER CONDITIONS. THE COLOR NICE MELOW NAVY BLUE AND RED LOGO. I PUT PINK INSERTS AND PINK JOPO THUMB INSERT TO HELP THE COLORS POP. IN 15LBS THIS BALL IS 2.50 RG, .051 DIFF AND MASSIVE MASS BIAS OF .031. THIS WILL BE A GREAT FIRST BALL OUT OF THE BAG IN LEAGUE AND IN ANY SPORT SHOT TOURNAMENT. PLEASE PICK UP THIS BALL1 YOU WIL NOT REGRET IT.
