What the Specs Tell Us
The Storm Reactor Pearl Reactive coverstock pushes through the front of the lane and stores energy for an angular backend move. With an RG of 2.58 and a .024 differential, this core stores energy longer, pushing further down the lane with low flare for a smooth, controllable reaction. Engineered for medium-light conditions where control and length through the heads are essential.

Bought this for my son who needed a new, heavier ball to challenge himself as his 8lb was no longer a challenge. He loves it!
Awesome ball for my 9year old. He bowls 2hand and puts a lot of revs on the ball with not a ton of speed, had shipped to my local bowlersmart shop and they drilled it with a weak layout to help counter his lack of speed. So far so good. Definitely hitting the pins better than with his old plastic lane ball.
Very happy with my purchase. Can't wait to get on the lanes and start striking.
Great ball as a beginner. Not a ton of hook so it's good for transitioning from using house balls.
Love my new ball. Used it yesterday and my game improved. I am sure it will improve the more I use it. Plus love the minty smell.
This is a smooth rolling ball that is easy to hook. The scent is kind of cool too when you open your bag and you smell the ball instead of your shoes!
Ordered as the tropical surge is one of the most recommended beginner balls, and it did not disappoint. Great ball to learn the basics with and I still use it when lanes are dry or shooting spares straight.
Love my new tropical surge bowling ball. Is a great ball for learning how to hook, works really well for your drier lane oil patterns.
