The new Electrify GO brings back the same core and coverstock found on the original Electrify pearl but is finished with the new Reacta Gloss polish. The Gold/Orange colors really brings great shelf appeal for pro shops but also looks great going down the lane. The circuit core was designed for medium to drier lane conditions and does just that. It is not the strongest pearl in the bag but definitely great for leagues in centers where there is a lot more friction or if your ball speed is low. It is also a great step-down ball from current balls such as the phaze 5 or night road depending on your style. The Reacta Gloss finish gives a more rounded, more continuation finish then we saw in the original pearl. Compared to the Electrify Solid, you will see a few more feet of length and a faster down lane response. If you use an Electrify Solid as your go to league ball, you will want to have the Electrify GO in your bag as well.

T his ball nothing like the solid electrify. It doesn't seem to hook on medium lanes and the track is very tight. Not good ball for me Thanks

The newest edition in the Hot Line, is well, pretty hot. The Electrify G/O offers the Reactor Pearl coverstock finished in Storm's new Reacta Gloss Polish. I've never been a fan of polished equipment out of the box, but the G/O surprised me with how well it blended off the friction. Compared to the original Electrify Pearl, the G/O seems pick up a little earlier and bite more on the backend.
I drilled my Electrify G/O 4.5x4x2.75, and it surprised me of how dynamic it was down lane. To compare it to a ball similar in my current bag, it is fairly close to IQ Emerald in terms of use. It is very helpful when I need to clear the fronts and mids when the lanes break down and I cannot throw my Zen anymore.

Storm’s new Electrify G/O is a Symmetrical piece that is good for Dry lane conditions. PAP is 5 5/16 R 1 3/16 Up. Fragrance is Creamsicle Pie. Drilled this piece with the Pin to the Right of the Ring and CG kicked out 1”. Out of Box motion was Clean through the fronts with a smooth continuous motion on the backend. When the lanes get burnt up and nothing is getting down lane this is the piece to go to.

The new Storm Electrify G-O is the definition of bang for your buck. This ball hooks way more than I thought it would, and way more than its price point says it should. This ball picks up even earlier than the Phaze 5 and quite a bit more than the Hustle Camo, which is the ball I compared it to in my YouTube ball review. I will be using this new Electrify a lot on house shots that have built in friction because of the polished cover it has on it. If I am going to use it on heavier volume oil patterns, I will most likely be hitting this ball with a 1000 or 2000 sanding pad. Finally, the colors on this ball look amazing and I can read it easily going down the lane!

Would’ve been cheaper to purchase the same ball directly from local bowling alley pro shop. Other than price, this purchase was good.

The Electrify G-O is the return of a pearl Electrify! This ball is great for when they lanes are flying and you need that low-end ball that still gets into a roll and carries the corners. This is the first Electrify to feature the brand new Reacta Gloss finish, and it's sure to be a great option for your hooking house shot or late in the day at a tournament when the lanes are toast.

If you are looking for length and backend this Electrify will have you yelling LET’S GOOO! Reactor Pearl cover and the higher rg Circuit core, the GO is the type of shape that Storm Bowling balls are known for.
The balls I think this compares best to are the Hy-road pearl and the Night Road. The Electrify GO is cleaner and sharper than both. So when you need to get in and wheel it to the dry this ball is the way to GO.

The Electrify GO is a new HOT line pearl from Storm. For an “entry level” ball the Electrify GO hooks way more than I expected. The Electrifys always generate a little more midlane that I’m expecting and the “E.G.O” is no exception. The Cover pushes the ball easy through the fronts while the low RG Low Diff core keeps the ball from missing the mids too much. I love to use the E.G.O. on the fresh to stay straight or on dry lanes.

The Electrify G-O (Gold/Orange) is the newest Hot Line Release by Storm. The circuit core is back this time paired with the Reactor Pearl cover in a bright new color that really stands out on the wall.
The G-O is the cleanest and I would say weakest of the Electrify balls I have thrown so far. The selling point for this line to me has always been how much they out perform their price-point. The down-side is that if you need a ball that is actually weak enough to properly represent that price-point you can find yourself struggling to control the previous releases. For me the Electrify G-O is cleaner than even the previous pearl released in the Electrify line. It doesn't really have a corresponding change in hook the back-end so the G-0 Will get down-lane further, with less effort and give you a very similar look off the back of the pattern.
I first threw the Electrify G-O in league. I decided to throw a couple shots with it in practice just to see what it would do on fresh oil. I didn't like my Electrify Pearl in that spot because our house shot is pretty cliffed and it is pretty common that the shiny balls feel like they come off the dry to hard to play right but are too clean for the fresh oil. The G-O definitely was more predictable out there. It actually let me into a zone I hadn't been able to play due to my lower ball speed. I decided to put it away until the lanes broke down some so I could see if was too lazy to cover boards down lane. I was really impressed with how far left I could play with it too. It really responds well to hand position changes so I could wheel with it once I was really forced left by lane transition.
I see the Electrify G-O being a great piece for guys who are very Rev Dominant. As a Pro Shop Operator I could see it being a popular ball with many senior bowlers or anyone who bowls in a house where they struggle to deal with too much friction.

The latest addition to the Electrify line is the Electrify GO. This ball features the same Circuit core as previous Electrify models, but this one is wrapped in the Reactor Pearl coverstock. I drilled the GO the same as I drilled my Electrify Solid which was 60 x 5 x 40 which puts the pin above my middle finger. The GO coverstock makes the ball glide through the front part of the lane but the backend is very strong for a ball at this price point. The GO is about 2 to 3 boards less overall hook than the solid but provides a much different reaction. The solid was very early rolling and mellow on the backend. The GO does just that on the backend…it goes!! This ball is great for league conditions when you want to play farther out in the dry part of the lane. This ball will also come in handy later in tournaments when the conditions have really broken down and you need something to get through the fronts but still have some pop on the backend. The GO is a great ball at a great price!

Review:
The Storm Electrify G/O is the newest ball in the hot line and a replacement to the Electrify Pearl. It still uses the reactor pearl cover which is weaker then the R2S variants that are found in the other lines. This ball reminds me of a weaker !Q gold/emerald because the differential is the same but the RG is higher. This ball is going to be great for higher rev bowlers looking for something on high friction or burnt up patterns or someone who is just starting. This ball is a great two handed ball and will see a lot of use from me. Get yours on today at your local Storm VIP pro shop

The all new electrify G/O is the 4th one in the series and is by far the best one in my opinion. This ball gives you the length you need with plenty of pop off the friction. When those lanes start to break down for you later in the block don't be afraid to pull out this electrify because this would be the ball to get through the fronts and store all that energy down lane. If you liked the previous electrify this is the ball for you. Get to your local pro shop, put your favorite layout on this one and you'll be off to the races.

The Electrify G/O is a great option for medium to light oil, especially at box surface. I went with my usual 5 x 80 drill on this one, which gets me excellent length with a controlled breakpoint off of friction. When I threw this ball out of the box, it was a bit quicker off of friction than I wanted to see, so I went over the cover lightly with a 3000 pad to just take off a little bit of the shine. This changed the entire look for me. The .030 differential keeps the ball from hooking too early, even with the surface change. This piece works best when the lanes have opened up a little bit and you've got some friction built up to work with and blend the reaction out. Great ball for 3rd game or late in tournaments!

Before the quick discontinuation of the Electrify Solid I had a quiet series of 843, and 2 300s. I have the most success with Mid to Entry level performance bowling balls so this was a given. The solid was drilled 5 x 3 ½ x 3 and I was able to keep my angles straighter through the fronts and never had the problem with ball reacting too early to friction. I was sad to see it go but was lucky enough to find a blank one to save for a rainy day. The G/O I wanted to use a stronger pin to pap to see if that would help with the occasional miss off my hand. I can say I definitely see a difference in my bad shots off my hand and feel its because the 4 ½ x 3 ½ x 2 ½ Layout helps the ball see it about a foot sooner. The gold and Cooper colors really get attention going down the lane. I like the ball, its good when the lanes hook and a great ball down from some of the bigger pieces of equipment.

The Electrify GO is a surprisingly smooth, arcing, and controllable mid range pearl ball. Unlike some previous pearl balls that have been in this price range over the years, the GO does not go sideways down lane, and due to that is an impressive piece that is quite versatile. The midlane traction that this ball has allows it to be used on more volume than expected, up to a point. It still does not have the strength to cut through fresh heavy oil, but that's what the Super Nova or Phaze II is for. Once those dull balls start to pick up too early is where the GO shines. Medium to medium-dry conditions is where this ball is at home.

The Storm Electrify GO utilizes the Reactor Pearl coverstock and Circuit Core. The Electrify GO will be in play on medium to light oil patterns for most of us. It will be a good piece for bowlers will slower ball speed or that are rev dominant.
I see the Storm Electrify GO being a weaker version of the HUSTLE USA. They have the same motion but Hustle USA handles the oil better.

Storm introducing another great addition to the Electrify Line, the Electrify GO. This high RG and low diff core wrapped around the REACTOR pearl cover stock makes for the perfect option when you need something very weak for dryer lane conditions that still gets around the corner. The difference between this low end ball from the others is that this electrify has a smooth but angular motion throughout the lane. It’s hard to explain, so you have to see it for yourself.
For house shots, when this ball is In the oil, this ball doesn’t miss the spot and gives me a controllable shape. When I send it to the friction, it has enough to get back around the corner and run over the 8 pin every single time. Don’t sleep on this one! I’m not the biggest fan of weaker bowling balls, but I found a spot for this ball in my bag and you should too!

Storm Electrify G/O pearl
Specs: Reactor Pearl coverstock with the Circuit core finished with Reacta Gloss from Storm
Layout: 5.5 x 4.5 x 3.5.
With my current level of ability, weaker cores and pearlized covers are still my best choices for league bowling matches.
The “G/O” was a good addition to my league match bowling ball arsenal. The house I bowl in has lanes in the middle part of the center that read and hook early while the higher end tends to play longer and tighter. So to compare, I used a Roto Grip Hyped Pearl that was 4k fast out of the box, but I change the surface by putting it into the shop’s Storm factory machine and using fresh VISE 1000ab and then 2000ab pads, then added Storm Reacta Gloss and polished it for 2 minutes, which got the surface prep closer to the G/O. First thing I noticed that the G/O goes a little shorter before making the transition from skid to the hook stage then the Hyped Pearl, it motion was a little earlier then what I expected playing my typical line and angles I used with the Hyped Pearl and my most loved Hyped Hybrid. G/O had a better overall reaction on fresh conditions, after the conditioners traveled down lane, the ball tended to get a little lazy. The BETTER news is how the ball rolled on another center I bowl with really well “worn” HPL with less oil volume, but longer overall length of pattern. I have struggled there most of the year with either rolling too weak stuff or so strong stuff that the ball will react at the 1-2 pocket - YES… I am a lefty for those that don’t know. The G/O held up for me for most of the practices and league matches. I feel the G/O is a better entry level reactive ball then anything else out there on the market. Stronger than Tropical Surge line, but not as angular or snappy as the Hyroads, or Fate or similar stronger symmetrical When clients and other what ball would be best for a once a week bowler and they want reliability , I direct them to the Storm Electrify G/O on the wall.

The new Electrify ball in the Storm Hot line is the Electrify GO. I have drilled the electrify solid and the pearl. For me those were a little conditional and the pearl was better but gave me a little over under even on the dry. So I drilled my Electrify GO 4 1/2 x 2 x 1. With this pearl and the colors being bright and Gold and Red for me this one is much better and more predictable. I do believe that colors in the coverstock do matter. The GO definitely hooks more that expected for a low end ball and price point.
I have the GO beneath my Storm Fate and Revenant as far as strength, but when the lanes get really beat up in the front or late blocks this is where the GO shines.
I think the GO is also a good ball for rev dominant players or slower ball speeds. And Seniors who still want to play the track with slow ball speed.

The Storm Electrify G/O is a bang for your buck. It has the Reactor Pearl Cover with a compliment of the Circuit Core, this one is really good. For a weak ball, I didn’t know if I’d like it but this ones a beauty. Very clean with a lot pop downlane. Definitely a ball every league bowler needs!
