Review:
The TNT Infused is the new ball in the HP3 line. This is a hybrid version of the TNT featuring the eTrax plus cover stock and the Torpex core found in the original TNT. This ball is going to be a later rolling and more backend version of the TNT. If you found the TNT to be too early then this will be a great compliment. eTrax hybrid is a two part pearl one part solid cover, mine seemed to be mostly pearl in my track which gave me a more length but each will be different pours. This ball is going to be a good transition ball on breakdown when you need to stand a little left but need the recovery to the pocket. For higher rev rates the Infused can be a great benchmark ball with surface or a ball that you can get left with. For lower rev rates and higher speeds this will be the ball you will go to when the lanes start to get burnt up. Get yours November 3rd at your local Storm VIP pro shop.

The New Roto Grip TNT Infused, Symmetrical Hybrid with Reacta Gloss is much cleaner than the original TNT. This ball gets down lane with plenty of backend motion. It will be a great compliment to many balls like the DNA, Phaze2, Xponent or TNT. When those balls pick up too quick you can jump right to the Infused and not have any issues getting the ball thru the fronts. I am sure for anyone who feels the ball gets too long, hit it with 2000, 3000 or even try Storm Smooth Edge Premium Finishing Product. I did that with my Absolute and it made a huge difference.

TNT infused, what a ball. I drilled mine 60x4x30 which I did so that I got a little more length out of it being it has a pretty early rolling core. With this ball on the fresh bowling on a typical house pattern I find it responds to friction well but doesn't over react when it gets to the spot. I did not drill a original TNT, but have seen plenty of them go down the lane and from that ball to this your looking and a night and day reaction.
Layout: 5 x 3 x 5
Surface: Reacta Gloss
The TNT Infused brings back the Torpex Core with the new Etrax Plus Hybrid Coverstock. I was pretty skeptical about this ball initially because of how early and smooth the original TNT was. It made the ball pretty pattern specific for me. The new TNT Infused with the Reacta Gloss finish really made a big difference. I went with an opposite drilling with the infused (pin down) compared to a pin up in the TNT just to see a difference in overall ball shape. I was glad that I did. I got to test this ball on a 44ft Typical House shot and a 42ft 32ml sport pattern.
On the typical house pattern, I saw clean through the front with a strong midlane roll and ample continuation downlane. It is a ball reaction I enjoy seeing with my higher speed and high rev rate style. On the fresh, the responsiveness of the ball made carry a little tough as some shots got too far down the lane and others were too responsive off the friction. Taking the reacta gloss off the cover would allow me to use this more on the fresh. As the pattern started to develop, the ball naturally started to be more in its comfort zone. The strong midlane roll allowed me to be further away from the friction which is my strong suit. This allowed me to miss more in the oil and not over hook as much when I got the ball to the friction a little sooner. It blended the lanes quite well the further left I got with my feet. I do recommend this ball more as a transition ball for most styles unless you add surface to the cover because then it would be a little smoother for the fresh. If you liked the TNT and want a similar ball with more pop down lane, this would be a no brainer ball. In my opinion, the Infused can be much more versatile then the original TNT.
On the 42ft Sport Pattern, it gave very similar results as the house pattern. The Reacta Gloss made it tough to use on the fresh as there was too much length out of the ball. As the lanes broke down and I needed more length through the front part of the lane, I saw great shape in the midlane and good continuation through the pins. This Infused is definitely a good 1st and 2nd transtition ball. I can honestly see myself having two different drilled ones in my bag for medium length oil patterns. I was pretty impressed with the overall shape of the ball and its continuation despite how smooth the original TNT was for me.
I believe for most styles, this ball would be a good first transtition ball for medium to medium heavy oil. I think too much oil may give this ball problems as well as the lack of oil as well. Altering the surface by removing the reacta gloss would certainly help this ball work in other environments. I do think its continuation will make this ball work for many styles.

The TNT Infused features a cleaner, more responsive cover on the original TNT weight block. While the TNT was round, slow and early, the Infused is cleaner and tips more, while still remaining familiarly smooth and controllable. If you're looking for a clean benchmark ball that fits right in the middle of the bag, then the Infused is the ball for you!

Magic Gem:
The Magic Gem is the strongest ball I currently have in my bag. We see plenty of overall motion with this ball as it reads the kids very strong and continues very well. This ball is designed for those heavier oil conditions or when they're absolutely walled and you need the ball to get ramped up early to fight those tighter conditions.
I see myself using this ball more on sport conditions versus house as I typically need a cleaner reaction on house to blend out the pattern more which provides additional miss room. For those who liked the X3 from Roto Grip you will enjoy the Magic Gem.
TNT Infused:
The TNT Infused is an excellent benchmark symmetrical ball to throw when the fronts begin to hook early yet provides tons of mid lane read. The Infused will be more usable for most players against the original TNT as it provides much more back end reaction and doesn't see the fronts as early as the original.
I have found success using the TNT as a step down off my stronger balls like the Magic Gem, Eternity PI and Xponent. I am a big fan of this ball as it provides plenty of usability when I need to open my angles up on those medium to higher volume patterns. The Infused will be good on varying patterns from house to sport.

Review:
The TNT Infused features the eTrax + Hybrid Reactive which makes the TNT Infused a 2.0 version to the original TNT in the Roto Grip line of bowling balls. In comparison to the TNT the Infused is longer and more responsive and will be more angular than the original.
Anything you desire in a ball to create a touch of length and control the TNT Infused may be the answer you are looking for. At recent MatchMaker events the TNT Infused has been doing well and much better carry wise as compared to the original.
For me, we went a touch more depth in the finger holes to create slightly more length (2 1/8 to 2 3/4). The reason for this change is the original TNT (layout the same) burned up for me which had an impact to carry. Initally I thought the TNT was going to be a staple in my bag, but could not get there with surface changes etc. The Infused has defintely been a tremendous upgrade and proves what a tweak to the coverstock can do.
Overall, I feel the oob finish is much better on the TNT Infused and I will continue to test for a period of time. The original TNT was a tad strong and the cover dominated a tad to much for some players. Just to note, in my area the lanes tend to be older surfaces and get "sparky" fairly quickly. The TNT Infused has its place as that control piece for this type of situation.
The TNT Infused will work best on medium volume patterns. If your desire is to have control downlane the TNT Infused is worth taking a look or even second look at it. I was pretty shocked how much better it looked in its 2.0 version. Don't hesitate to try out the TNT Infused. Roto Grip’s newest HP3 line ball is a 2 part pearl 1 part solid eTrax+ hybrid cover that is wrapped around the Torpex core. I drilled mine 5 x 5 x 4.5 and after throwing this ball for awhile, I believe this is going to be a HUGE hit. It was pretty clean through the fronts but it still handles the oil pretty well and the motion it makes on the backend with the ways it goes through the pins is what really sets it apart. This is going to be very versatile on where you can use it and the different motions it makes. You can add surface to make it better for the fresh or leave it shinny and have it own the transition.

Roto Grip’s new TNT Infused is a Hybrid (2/3 Pearl, 1/3 Solid) Symmetrical piece that is good for Medium-Heavy Volume Patterns. PAP is 5 5/16 R 1 3/16 Up. Rev Rate: 400. Speed: 16.5. Drilled this piece with the Pin above the bridge, CG kicked out 1” from the palm. I threw this piece on a fresh 42’ House pattern. Out of Box ball motion was smooth through the fronts with a hockey stick Motion on the backend. I compared this piece to the Roto Grip Magic Gem (Asym), Clone (Asym), and Hustle USA (Sym). Magic Gem 2-2 Left but started early in the mids with a smooth backend. Clone was similar line as the Magic Gem but a few more on the backend. Hustle USA was 3-3 Right and is smoother on the backend. This piece fits between the Magic Gem and the Hustle USA.

Roto Grip's new HP3 release is called the TNT Infused. The ball features the same Torpex core featured in the original TNT but this time is wrapped in the 2 part pearl 1 part solid E-trax hybrid cover. The pearl additive and polished finish make the motion of this ball a suprising polar opposite of its predecessor.
I tested this ball on our very high ratio house pattern. The longer 12:1 design of our house shot is very cliffed and as a result really locks you into balls which can stand up quickly to avoid the downlane OOB. The TNT infused has been great for this purpose as the fast revving core and quick response cover really get it make a quick change of direction.
This ball is a little condition specific as the quick response can make it lock up and get forward a little too quickly for some. The reaction for me has been great for getting the ball to roll off the spot very violently. On a more blended condition I think the TNT Infused will favor bowlers with more ball speed.

First ball out my bag right now. A very Smart and Forgiven ball. I really enjoy rolling it.
Hey Y'all.... Stefanie Johnson here..... great compliment to the original TNT. My original TNT was only typically good for a game or two out of the block however this will be a great compliment when I need something to get through the front part of the lane and not have it respond to friction so quickly. Im a fan!

The new Roto Grip HP3 ball is the TNT Infused. The original TNT is the ultimate control ball. The TNT has the solid eTrax coverstock and is designed to provide a benchmark reaction. The Infused is built for length and forgiveness (think shiny benchmark reaction) with the addition of the eTrax PLUS hybrid (2-parts pearl, 1-part solid). The Infused provides a completely different reaction type than my similarly drilled TNT. The Infused is cleaner with a nice arcing motion on the backend. Compared to the another shiny HP3 line ball, the Duo, the Infused is easily 5 more in overall hook and continued more on the backend.

The TNT Infused is the newest ball in the Roto Grip HP3 line. The Infused features the same low RG symmetrical Torpex core as the original TNT, but this time it’s wrapped in the 2-parts pearl and 1-part solid eTrax Plus Hybrid cover. The solid version of this reactive cover was on the TNT, and the pearl version was on the RST-X2. All that said, this new TNT Infused is designed to provide a bit more length and backend responsiveness compared to the original TNT.
After just a few shots with the Infused with the out-of-box polished finish, it’s safe to say that it and original TNT are very different balls thanks to the differences in coverstock. The strong core still helps the Infused get into an earlier midlane roll, but the polished hybrid cover makes it much cleaner in the front part of the lane and helps to create a responsive backend reaction that’s explosive through the pins. Even though the out-of-box Reacta Gloss finish helps to create length and responsiveness, sometimes I find it also creates over/under reaction. As I often do with factory-polished balls, I lightly scuffed the surface with an older 2000-grit Abralon pad by hand to knock some of the factory shine off. Doing this helped on misses in the oil as the ball had a little bit more traction the dig out the 10-pin, and misses that got to the dry too early didn’t jerk as hard off the friction. By comparison, the original TNT reads the lane much earlier and is significantly smoother downlane, and the DUO is perhaps just a touch stronger than the Infused (due to the really strong MicroTrax pearl cover) but has a smoother motion off the friction.
The TNT Infused is going to be a great ball for most everyone. It you want the earlier rolling benchmark-type reaction that the original TNT provided, but also want a more responsive downlane reaction, the TNT Infused is a no-doubter. For tournament players, this will be a great transition ball to go to after the Gem or Magic Gem. For league bowlers, I think the Infused is versatile ball that can be used all night, especially if you take just a little bit of factory shine off the cover.

Consider yourself WARNED!
Being a HUGE fan of Roto Grip hybrids: like my current main go to ball, Roto Grip Hyped Hybrid, I was stoked when I saw the TNT line was adding a hybrid to the line up first, before a pearl version was released. Being two parts pearl and one part solid, made me even more excited. The TNT Infused has the look of a past Roto Grip ball, the DareDevil Danger, which is still one of my all-time favorite ball lines, the TNT Infused rolls and reacts a little earlier and hits harder than my Hyped Hybrid. The multi-density Torpex core is responsive and when the Infused hits the pins, it is very explosive. Comparing to the Hyped Hybrid, on Pro-Lane and SPL, the Infused does change motions early and stronger than the Hyped, where sometimes the Hyped takes longer to respond, and I can move my feet deeper into the center of the lane and not have to play so straight on those 2 types of lane surfaces, don't get me wrong, I love playing straighter when I can, but when the Hyped does not quite "get there" a nice stronger step up is the Infused. It is now my benchmark ball on Thursday nights at ABC North Lanes in Harrisburg. So, now my league bags have the Magic Gem, TNT Infused, Tour Dynam-X, Virtual Energy Blackout and Hustle RIP. I would say that would be a well rounded arsenal. ( Saving the one spot for the IQ Tour U/78.
I hope this provides you some good insight and information on how the Roto Grip TNT Infused works for me.

The TNT Infused is Roto Grips newest piece in the HP3 line. This ball provides excellent mid lane read with its big core found in the original TNT as well. The pearl cover on this piece makes it sharp enough on the back end to get through the pins with ease, but does not want to go through with too much angle and 9 pin. I find this ball blends out wet/dry or over under really well. I find this ball very useful on sport due to its slower ball motion, making it more useful on low volume fresh sport patterns. Bowl up a Storm!!
Luke Rosdahl Nov 24, 2023
The TNT Infused is a new symmetric ball in Roto Grip’s HP3 line. It features the eTrax plus hybrid cover, which is a clean and responsive cover that we’ve seen before on the RST X-2 in pearl form, and on the TNT as a solid. The core is the relatively new Torpex core which comes in at a low 2.47 RG and a .052 differential in 15 pounds. The Infused feels like a longer and sharper version of the TNT, but it’s remarkable how much that improves the quality of the ball reaction. I’ve used the Infused on several different conditions with a couple different surfaces. The factory gloss is too inconsistent and sensitive for me, so I resurfaced it down to 1000 on a resurfacing machine, then finished it lightly with Storm’s Step 2 compound. The result was a strong rolling, but clean, firm, and slightly forward arc.
The TNT was known for being surprisingly early and strong despite the cleaner cover formula, and unfortunately the front to back shape was too front heavy which made it lazy and apathetic down lane. The Infused adjusts that shape, giving it a lot more balance and resulting in a perfect balance of core and cover. The heavy rolling and early core gives a lot of stability to the reaction shape, while the cleaner and sharper cover gets the ball further down the lane and adds punch. This makes the Infused a surprisingly effective and versatile ball that reminds me a lot of the original Zen, just cleaner and sharper. Like the TNT, the reaction shape wants to be slightly forward, but the cleaner cover allows the bowler to control the shape a little better because you can get around it more without it digging in so early or being flat like the TNT was. It fits well for a variety of bowler styles on most league conditions, and will be a great option for getting into transition on more difficult patterns.

The Roto Grip TNT Infused utilizes the eTrax hybrid coverstock and the Torpex weight block. I have seen some reviewers opine that the ball reaction of the TNT Infused is Marvel Pearl like. Those are big shoes to feel as the Marvel Pearl was one of my all-time favorites. However, the TNT Infused is very similar. It is clean upfront and nice backend motion once it touches the dry boards. The TNT Infused is very different than the original TNT, which was smooth and controllable. The TNT Infused is in that Storm Virtual Energy Blackout space, but as a symmetrical option. The TNT Infused was not quite as long s the VEBO for me, but similar backend motion. I will used it as my No. 2-3 ball after my Magic Gem or Eternity PI starts to hook too soon and won’t carry that stubborn 10-pin.

This ball is much much better than the original TNT. The motion was better and the continuation was better as well. It still provides the more forward roll like the original but it's not as early. I see this being a game 3 ball during league.

The all new TNT Infused is Roto Grips newest addition to the HP3 line. The infused features the Torpex Core (in the original TNT as well) with the eTrax Hybrid coverstock (with Reacta gloss) wrapped around it. I think that the Infused was a great addition to the line, I felt that the original TNT was a ball that was very shot dependent. If I needed a ball to be slow and rolly it was my go-to ball, however, I thought that the coverstock may have been too strong unless there was a lot of oil in the front part of the lane. I think that the eTrax Hybrid coverstock is more of what I like to see out of a ball, it allows the ball to slow down in the midlane without bogging down when it gets to the pins. The TNT Infused is great when you want to move in and open up the lane without sacrificing midlane control. This ball made a good ball (TNT) even better! Hey everyone, I'm back with another ball review, and this time it's for the Roto Grip TNT Infused.
In 14 pounds this ball is wrapped in an eTrax Plus Hybrid Cover and comes with a reacta gloss finish with the Torpex symmetric Core from the original TNT and has an RG of 2.54, Diff of .051.
The layout for this ball is 5.5 X 4.5 X 1 and I went on the weaker side to have a ball that hooks but to be used when they get drier.
There are many videos online showing this ball as a hook monster but not knowing things like their layout or what the pattern hurts the person watching as sometimes it is hard to understand what you are watching. I hope this helps and please let me know on the socials. I filmed this ball after league to show what it looks like on a drier shot as when I did throw it on fresh for me it didn't look great and yes that is part of the layout. This ball comes with the reacta gloss finish and like the 4Kfast I didn’t find that surface to be to my liking and the same goes with this ball. Before holes were put in I hit the ball with a used 2000 pad just to knock off the shine. This ball will stay in the bag for some time to come and will put in work later in events or even on a shorter pattern. I tend to use this ball in game three of my five-man league

Armed with the same Torpex Core, we opted this go around to wrap that explosive core with our newly formulated pin-piercing shell – eTrax PLUS Hybrid. This version is the synergistic blend of 2-parts pearl / 1-part solid. So, if you are in the market for an explosive energy release through the pin deck, then you my friend have come to the right place.
Release Date: November 3rd, 2023

Over - Under or Cliff Killer is what I think the TNT Infused is going to be. I thought that this ball was going to be bigger than it is. I was pleasantly surprised that I could pull the Infused out mid tournament or set and be able to play that over under situation. It's nice because if I get it out quickly it sits and reads and if I get it into the oil, it has enough to come back. This ball will be in my bag just for this reason. I am excited about how this roll and for how hard it hits as well. This is going into my line up and now I am going have to make a few tough choices because the Storm Family of products (Storm, Roto Grip, and 900 Global) are making some seriously off the chart’s equipment.

I drilled up my ROTO GRIP TNT INFUSED with my standard layout of 4.5 x 4.5 x 2.5. This puts the pin close to the middle of my grip line but a good inch and a half above the fingers with a small CG kick out. I hit the surface with 1000 then lite Storm Rough Edge which is my new go to on factory Reacta Gloss surfaces.
I put this one up with my pearl balls that I use when I see a medium to medium dry pattern or house on burnt panels. I threw it against my EXOTIC GEM, newer JOURNEY, and VIRTUAL ENERGY BLACKOUT. Compared right away to these, the TNT INFUSED was longer thru the fronts than the EXOTIC and VEB. The JOURNEY was close with the same surface on it. The EXOTIC and VEB were close to the same ball motion as the INFUSED. The INFUSED started its move towards the pocket just a little later than both of those. Compared to the JOURNEY, it is much earlier and stronger down lane. These two should play off each other well.
Put this one in your bag if your looking for a stronger medium piece that has a slightly later motion than the big asym pearls do. Or if you want to get a 1-2 punch, grab a JOURNEY also.

The TNT Infused is a hybrid version of the original TNT. While the original TNT was extremely early and a very conditional ball, I’ve found the TNT Infused to be much more versatile, I could see it fitting in as a benchmark ball for lighter oil or higher friction lanes, it has a low RG core to get mid lane read while the reacta gloss finish helps it get through the heads. It is responsive to the friction without being overly jumpy and is explosive when it hits the pins.

TNT Infused. Really loved the Original TNT super excited for this Hybrid being 2 parts pearl one part solid. Layout 5x4x4…For me this balls rolls heavy really looks like its chugging down lane and when it hits the spot it goes. And goes and goes. This ball is a beast. Really liking this ball later on in the set when they start to break down. This ball lets me play in the same area of the lane that I started at. Great compliment to the original but better. The original as they broke down I would lose carry not with the Infused. Infused for the win
Layout: 45 x 4 5/8 x 35
I had success using the original TNT on tougher patterns, but it was too strong and rolled too early for me to be able to use it on the house shots that I see. The TNT Infused is the absolute opposite; it is clean through the fronts but has an a bunch of backend flip. Due to this, it is a killer on the medium oil house shots that I usually see. Even though I would characterize the backend as being a bit flippy, it is still controllable. It is strong enough overall to use to begin with, but has plenty of pop downlane as I need to move left throughout the night. If I need something that can handle a bit more oil than the Infused, I change to the Sublime or the Magic Gem.
Sam Cooper Roto Grip Amateur Staff. I am a little late to the party on the TNT Infused but better late than never! The TNT Infused features the Torpex core which has a lower RG higher differential. This ball has the E-Trax Plus Hybrid which is a two-part pearl and one part solid. The original TNT was designed to really control the lane, the Infused is the exact opposite of that. I drilled this ball shortly after I drilled a 900 Global Sublime, they are similar strength to each other but there is a difference. Ball progression for me in the middle of my bag would be TNT Infused, Sublime, then a Zen Gold Label.
The TNT Infused will have a strong mid-lane roll to it with an earlier response to friction over the Sublime. The Infused, however, when it responds to the friction it almost looks like waits a moment before it turns it can be a little forward at times if there is not enough oil. Whereas the Sublime seems to get down lane a little bit more and have a rounder more continuous motion to it. I found that when the Sublime is not carrying or getting behind the head pin a little bit the TNT Infused will hook slightly earlier to help you get through the pins better. On the other side of that when the TNT is hooking too early and not going through the pins you can go to the Sublime. Like I said these balls are in a similar strength window but there is a reaction difference. My only regret is that I did not drill this ball sooner. It has been a great addition to the bag.

The Original TNT was very slow off the end of the pattern for me so when the TNT Infused was released I was hoping this ball would be quicker off the dry so I can use it when the lanes transition during league. I didn’t like the out of box surface with the reacta gloss because it made the ball skid too far and be confused off the end of the pattern. After scratching it by hand with a 2000 abralon pad the ball began to blend the wet dry better and give me a more predictable motion.
With also having the Journey the TNT Infused compliments it well. I can play to the right in league with the Journey and when that ball begins to read the house shot too early I can switch to the Infused and not have to make a large move left.
The PBA 50 begins soon so I will be able to test this ball on patterns. The TNT Infused rolls great in the second shift league I bowl in since the lanes are constantly transitioning during league and different from week to week.

TNT Infused
Cover: eTrax+ Hybrid Reactive
Core: Torpex
RG: 2.47 RG
Diff: 0.050
My layout: 4.75 x 2.5
The Infused is a hybrid symmetrical ball that I see working best on medium to med-dry conditions. The hybrid eTrax+ cover on the Infused is very clean compared to the original TNT. It gets through early friction easily is much quicker than I was expecting. The low rg core translates the clean cover to a medium to medium-quick response motion down lane. I have found that the Infused is best when the lanes transition past big solid balls like the Absolute Power or Phase 2. It allows me to get more shape without picking up the fronts too hard.

The new Roto Grip ball in the HP 3 Line is the TNT Infused. I was real big fan of the original TNT. The TNT Infused uses the same core with the E-Trax Hybird coverstock.
2 parts pearl 1 part solid. I drilled the Infused the same as original, 4 1/4 x 4 x 2.
I used the Infused on house pattern and a couple sport patterns. To be honest for me the Infused rolled okay for me, but not as good as the original. It seemed like Infused was too strong to play up the lane, and not enough to move in and hook it a little on house shots. On sport it rolled a little better for me. I have drilled a few in my shop and customers like the ball real well as it backend for them a lot! I really think the infused for me is a conditional ball. But for others it is a great ball for them. As sometimes certain ball just dont match up for the bowler. But if you are stroker or tweener looking for a ball that can help you down lane while playing down and in, the Infused is your ball.

THIS BALL…I’m going to say that this ball has flown under the radar more than any ball in recent memory. The TNT infused is wrapped with e-Trax Plus Hybrid which is 2 parts pearl and 1 part hybrid. This ball handles volume better than most! The combination of the Strong, Torpex Core and the the cover surprisingly DIGS! When I struggle to get some of my bigger Asyms. to pick up and go, this ball gets the job done! I can not speak highly enough of this ball, it really is a huge bang for the buck, with this bad boy being in the HP3 line. I drilled 2 of them because I loved the first one so much. My first one was 5x5x2, my second one was 4.5x4.5x4. That pin down layout was not my favorite, however so be cautious if you are thinking about a pin down layout for this one.
Balls Currently getting play:
Absolute Power: 5x4x2
Attention Star: 5x4x2
Zen Gold Label- 5x5x2 (pin up) box surface
Zen Gold Label- 4.5x4.5x3.75 (pin down) 3k surface
The Roto Grip TNT Infused has the same Torpex core as the original TNT, but the coverstock is the ETrax Plus Hybrid. At 15 pounds the RG is a very low 2.47 with a .052 differential. I drilled mine at 5x4x2 which puts the pin above my middle finger. The new Infused is a much cleaner version than the original TNT. The Infused gets into an early roll just like the original due to the low RG core, however this coverstock finished with Reacta Gloss is very clean through the heads. The other major difference between the Infused and the original TNT is the backend shape. The Infused has a quicker response to friction and is much more angular on the backend. The TNT was much more forward on the backend of the lane and required a good amount of oil for the ball to keep its energy through the pins. The TNT Infused does not have that problem, it has a good midlane roll and a very continuous motion through the pins. This is a much more versatile ball which will work for many styles of bowlers on the medium patterns.

I am a higher speed, rev challenged 220-250ish, high tilt, high rotation, and super low track player. I drilled the Roto Grip TNT Infused 5.5 x 3x 1.75 using Storm VLS and my axis point is 3 ¼ right and 7/8 up. The Roto Grip TNT Infused is a symmetric Hybrid reactive piece that I really like medium volume patterns. The low RG and big diff gives this ball high flare potential when I need something to give me length and forgiveness. Overall, this ball is a beast and explosive through the pins.
My YouTube video of the ball can be found at: https://youtu.be/IKomdL-fh5Q?si=-FJPlC7eYRUCvnIK
One of the latest additions to the HP3 line at Roto Grip is the TNT Infused. If you remember the original TNT, it was a symmetrical ball with a big core and solid coverstock. I considered the TNT as a great benchmark ball to determine what the lanes were providing us. Our experts at Storm went one step further and created the TNT Infused which still uses the same core (Torpex), but wrapped it with a 2 part pearl, 1 part solid, hybrid coverstock.
I had the opportunity to drill one and really like the way it rolls. The layout is mapped as 5.5 x 4.5 x 60. This puts the pin above my bridge with a decent shift of the CG. I’ve had the most success after my Magic Gem or Eternity PI start to see the front of the lane too much. The TNT Infused gets through the front of the lane easier, stores a nice amount of energy, and continue through the pins extremely well. It’s also been a ball I’ve been able to use when I need to open up my angles. It has no problem going left-to-right and I believe it’s a great addition to the already stacked line at Roto Grip.
If you need a ball that compliments the asymmetrical balls or even something to compliment your benchmark balls, I’d go drill a TNT Infused and I think you’ll be impressed!
Great ball. Bought it to be my secondary ball, but had quickly become my favorite and my primary ball. Love it!!!

If you are a Jason Belmonte, or this is your first time hooking, you need this ball. It has perfect control, for locking In a strike or throwing down a spare. Trust me, $140 is worth every cent!
