Don't change me. Don't change me. >> Got no regrets. I'm on the run. Chasing the check. Dropping the top. Riding the vet. Telling myself what you expect. You know I'm with no better feeling cuz I could have quit but I didn't. 7 when I'm on a mission. Moving it up to a better position. They thought I was motive supra sport. So, gave the Supra, but this is the first time they've done it in a solid version. So, should be
interesting. Um, layout. So, all my low-end stuff that doesn't have as much differential, I've been doing my 55x 4 1/2 by 50 layout. I might have it vice versa with the angles like might be 50 and then 55. Whichever though, it's on the screen for exact exactly. Yeah. So, pin through my their mass bias a little bit, pushed out this symmetric. Um, yeah, the past tubers have been pretty good, but haven't been able to use many low-end bowls that frequently. So, to have this as a solid
like danger zone, solids, um, hammerhead, original, stuff in that category, right? A little bit on the lower end, still perform really well for me. Balls I can just use whenever and have a look on lanes. So, this one I kind of think it's going to be same thing. 255 with this like a old 42 differential that can work out pretty well for me. So, yeah, man. We'll have a little fun with this. We'll have just a fresh house shot. So, you guys will see that. And, uh, hopefully because sport,
right, kind of gives me sport shot. Um, I think that's what this should be good for. And we just seen EJ Taget tearing them up with this one. So again, between the venom shock, this was another one I seen him throwing. Maybe as a jackal too, maybe kind of sort of. But yeah, we knew EJ's going to throw whatever the new ball is for motive and whack him. But it looked pretty good, especially again once got a little later in the day. But um yeah, man. Appreciate you guys always. Hit that like, subscribe, and uh yeah, man. Let's get to the lanes, man.
>> Bossmart links for everything's below. Who back >> Joe? >> Sorry, I got a strike. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. That That's good. Dualpurpose allpurpose bowling ball right there. 255 helping this ball
get down the lane. Oh, stuck, stuck, stuck, stuck. Oh my goodness. >> So, same cover, right, as on the uh Black Venom, but you put that wrapped around a higher RG bowling ball. Yeah, black venom is pretty good. So, I do have the black venom here and the max drill uh solid max hybrid. I mean
like motive loves their blues. They love them. Love them. Love them. Love them. All right. Stand on 25 currently. Oh, that ball's floating. Disgusting. That is It's pretty It's pretty nice there. That is pretty nice if I say so myself. It's a whole lot of hooking. Like don't even have to say like, "Oh, the tour guys are going to love it." They are loving it. They're out there
loving it already. And I see why. I don't think we missed yet. I don't think we missed yet. That's That's a good sign. That's a That's a very much a good sign, fellas. Ladies and gentlemen, a little under the weather. So, if you wonder why my voice sounds like this, it's cuz your boy struggling. But we
here. Got to get this content done. >> Yeah. If I get strike, >> hey, was I the biggest fan of, you know, the Jackal and the Vogue Mayhem? People still score with the ball, so you know, it's not the ball's bad, but as you see, this one matches up. This one definitely matches up there, big fella.
>> Oh, that's a little left. Oh, it threw the nine pin like you saw that it took something just back. It took it just back. This is definitely again a good sign so far. Definitely is like it feels in that shock realm of ball motion, but it's probably again definitely cleaner for that 255, but cover stock's probably a little stronger.
So that might float. And so I'm going to try to get a little further to the right. Not anything crazy right, but I feel like I was kind of falling left and left and left and left. I shouldn't cuz the ball's definitely floating nicely. Oh, hook a lock. Oh, that got better. That definitely got better. Yeah. So, this is this is giving me like I can see hitting with more surface to
make it even more, you know, use it quicker. But right now, I mean, on this shot, this is this is it. Oh, man. I got a little Yeah, it's like front seven, front eight. That was nice. It was a good nice little run there. >> Wanted it. So,
>> let's see if we can close it out, though, cuz that was that was a really solid run there. Really solid run. Yeah, that was this is looking really good. And mind you, most of the motive, you know, low-end solids, right, have always been really good. Like, they have that that really that chemistry down really well. Carry, carry, carry, carry. Definitely
it's probably either cheat probably a little further and don't let the ball have to work as hard. I'm seeing it definitely get a little smoother on the back end cuz a little more oil on the cover, but it's clean ball so you know lane transition it's going to be fine. stay in there. You could like just keep it in there somewhere around 10. Somewhere around 10. Curious to see what it looks like against the Max Hybrid.
Yeah. Like I completely understand why they just start throwing these part balls. Like they just work. They do it. They again they read the right part of the lane, you know, 90% of the time. Um, so yeah. Yeah, that's a nice little again 279. That was pretty dope. So now let's pick up start kind of rotating, jumping around the lane a little bit and seeing, you know, where this ball really looks exceptional and where maybe
there's better options. You guys watch this part of the video. It's just like, come on, Charles. Do something different. All right, here you go. Four pin. Four pin. Four pin. There you go. All right, let's try one more. Move my feet to 20. I'm playing straight turf. Not straight. Straight turf.
Bang. Oh, that was disgusting hit. >> That was That was a terrible terrible >> terrible hit. But it happens. >> Still out of box, right? I think I might have hazed it a little bit, but it still looks like it's polished. You see they like their blues. A lot of blues and some of their bowling
equipment. I threw it back. I threw it back. Threw it bad. Threw it back. I like almost like flipped it. Flip it and reverse it. Ch is sherfing with the prank. Come on. It definitely feels cleaner. >> Definitely the vibe. All right, throw it
one more time. Max reel on 20 hook a lot. Hey man, ball still good. Ball still good. I'm curious when this ball's going to come out, but I definitely feel like this new Supra Sport with it being a higher RG similar to this Max Real, like I thought it might take that place, especially because it already comes out of box, you know, at like 3,000. It's something like almost sheened. All right. Going to start cheating a little further left. See what we can get
with this. Yeah. Again, both look pretty good. So again, there's definitely better options to play, you know, further and further left with and running some transition. But I feel like for a lot of control, a lot of people, these type of bowling balls are typically really good for get a wide range. Um, and because it's still hierarchy and a lot a little bit cleaner, uh, the finish is not like as
dull, you know, you'll be able to just lay it down and let this ball walk down lane, no problem. But venom shock is definitely a question that I I kind of want to see as well. So look like definitely a lot of the >> what we love about the black venom, >> you know, you bring over here. A lot of predictability, a lot of the forgiveness. Um, so yeah, we're going to toss that one too just to give us a
little bit of an clue. Black venom, stood it up. But definitely again, this ball I've had it for a while, so I probably need a fresh one. But um it's laid out with a taller pin. Um it's my 60x4 60x4 and a half by 30 layout, not a 5 in pin, but still pretty tall.
and I had a lot of surface under it. So, it's probably going to look, especially if you have an older one, it's probably going to look quite similar to this, right? Like mine goes, you know, pretty straight now. I think when I first got it, it was it changed directions pretty good, continued. But like I said, it just Yeah, it feels familiar, right? And I've seen uh like Nate Garcia, right? He's
throwing everything out there, man. Shout out to him uh in the coverage like him, right, doing a great job covering it and getting that content out, right? A lot of people don't understand the grind of like, you know, actually bowling and I can't even say like I understand their grind, bro. Like I don't bowl every weekend like they do. Go cut the content out like download everything, edit it up, get it uploaded within like, you know, a 3-day period. And what they're doing is right, you know, like the day after, right? That's a lot of work. So again, kudos to them.
But, uh, Nate's been throwing this ball out the Black Venom and making it look pretty good out there. So, shout out to him. Good luck. Hopefully, he won. But to be on the PBA, you know, battling and doing it without the assistance of, you know, the brand, right? He's getting some help. you know, it's not like he's just out there by himself completely, but as far as the company directly, you know, it's not exactly the same.
>> Yeah, man. The black ball is still the black ball, man. Black ball's real good. If you know, you know. Tag all the That's what she said comments. Tag them right on top of it. Yeah, I think it's probably going to be a little bit quicker, a little bit cleaner obviously, right? Much lower RG on that black venom. So, it's going to set up, you know, and chug both continuous like the motion I've seen from this ball. As you saw, like I struck a lot of 279 like that's a fair
amount of striking. If y'all watched other videos, y'all seen me not strike. Y'all seen it, >> you know. So, everybody be like, "Car, you strike with everything." No, no, no, no. I don't. I ain't that good, man. I'm all right. All right. 30. Oh, bottom. Disgusting. Disgusting. Pins flying everywhere. No avail. But again, there's definitely
better options once you get this far, get this steep, should be going to something cleaner, a little more responsive. But if I want something tough to have more built-in friction in certain zones, this probably still going to be in play. And yeah, I like that. So if you're going tougher patterns, ball like this, you know, max thrills, even hustles, right? The solid hustles are in play. They are real options. Max hybrid from there. See what it does if it does anything different or everything's the same.
Ah, no love. I tried. But again, that probably will still be a little better option cuz it's so much cleaner. Or probably just been shock like always, especially if you watch the PBA. It's like, you know, Storm always say all roads, all lanes always lead to a high road or some something like that. All lanes lead to a venom shock, bro. If you are, if you're on motive, you going to throw a venom shot. >> Change that rotation. >> Oh no. 100
>> too clean. Needs some service. But let's go ahead and get a couple more shots with the Supra Sport and we'll get out of here. Man, I think you guys understand it and you know, you got a clue. Got a little bit of a clue. So, this is not a Subzero Force replacement. This is something completely different, right? just feels like a poppier, you know, more angular, you know, primal
ghost. Primal ghost can be pretty smooth. That's a ball I like to try trap lanes with. Um, trap lanes would mean move move further to the right or if I'm on something really tough and I don't need a ball to do a whole lot. I just need it to kind of lay there, that's a really good option. This feels like I got a little more shape out of it. So, yeah, I'm liking it. This is my type of motion for sure. So definitely like the everybody ball and Moto's good for releasing something like this like you know at least one or two every year. That's just a everybody
ball. I thought I was going to if that would have held I'm like bro this is super the next best thing ever. But let me get let me get one strike then we get out of here. One one more one of them joints right here. hook. There she go. And it continues like all get out. That's what we want to see from a bone
ball getting definitely in play. I can see kind of like the Gremlin Trex, you know, that being a little bit stronger and then going to a ball like this, right? It's kind of feels like a ion pro solid like it's in that realm for me. Um, again, a little bit cleaner, still a little more shake. Um, again, is this a, you know, a big asim as solid with jack? No, it's not. So, I wouldn't even talk about it that way. Or it's not a sub-zero forge. It's not. It's not as
early of a cover. You have the Evoke Mayhem. Voke Mayhem is way earlier, handles way more oil than this one. This is 100% a step down from that ball. So, boy, out of breath now. So, so appreciate you guys and uh like, subscribe, all that good stuff. Grab you some merch, man. Until next time. Keep it moving. I'm keeping on just keep snoozing. I'm so locked in right now.
Performance Analysis
Performance Analysis
Testing revealed the Motiv Supra Sport delivers reliable, predictable ball motion across a range of lane conditions. Independent reviewers observed consistent striking performance on fresh house shots, with the ball reading the midlane cleanly and responding well to varying oil patterns throughout the day. The higher RG symmetric core paired with the reactive solid coverstock produced smooth, continuous motion down the laneโcharacteristics that remained stable across multiple board positions and adjustments. When testers moved the ball further right on the lane to account for transition, it maintained its shape without becoming erratic, demonstrating the forgiveness typically associated with Motivโs low-end solid lineup.
Surface adjustments proved effective in fine-tuning performance. Testing showed the ball comes out of box at approximately 3000 grit finish (slightly polished), which contributed to cleaner midlane motion and predictable backend reaction. Reviewers noted that additional surface work could make the ball respond even quicker through the fronts, useful for bowlers looking to control its trajectory earlier. In direct comparison testing against the Black Venom and Max Hybrid, the Supra Sport held its own, though it occupied a distinct performance windowโcleaner and more angular than the lower-RG Black Venom, yet with more built-in friction than the higher-performance Max Hybrid. On tougher oil patterns, independent testing confirmed the ball remained a viable option alongside Motivโs established solid performers.
Who Is This Ball For?
The Supra Sport suits bowlers seeking a dependable, medium-condition workhorse that doesnโt demand perfect conditions to perform. At $174.95, itโs an accessible entry point for players building a versatile arsenal who want a solid coverstock option without the premium price tag. This ball works well for league bowlers and recreational players who encounter fresh house shots and standard medium-light oil conditionsโexactly what the testing demonstrated. Its predictability and forgiveness make it a solid choice for bowlers still developing consistency, as the ball rewards solid fundamentals without punishing minor release variations.
The ball also appeals to players who prefer a cleaner, more controlled motion over aggressive hook. If you like the idea of a Motiv solid that doesnโt demand constant surface adjustments or extreme lane positions to stay effective, this fits the bill. Bowlers who throw the Black Venom and want a higher-RG option for similar lane conditions, or those comparing performance-to-price, will find the Supra Sport worth testing. Itโs particularly useful as a secondary or tertiary ball for players managing varying oil conditions throughout league nights.
The Pros
- • Solid coverstock at 4000 grit provides more midlane traction than the hybrid Supra Clutch while maintaining length
- • Quadfire symmetric core delivers a smooth, controlled arc that works across a wide range of bowling styles
- • Highest versatility rating in the Supra line โ adapts to conditions from medium-light to medium
- • Deceptively strong pin carry for a control ball, thanks to the solid cover's energy retention through the pins
The Cons
- • Not enough hook for medium-heavy or heavy oil conditions
- • The controlled motion will feel too tame for high rev-rate bowlers looking for angular backend

Any time we release a first of it's kind ball in a line, I'm very curious what we'll get as I have no reference point. The Supra Sport was an amazing surprise. To put a higher RG core in such a smooth cover isn't something that's done very often, but this one is extremely well executed. So far, I have see some of the best performance for controlling a lane out of almost any reactive ball I've ever thrown. The slow turning core with the cleaner and slower response cover allows me to stay closer to already developed friction in the front of the lane, without the fear of it overreacting. This has created such a versatile shape in my bag that I can't leave the house without it. Whether it's a blown up sport pattern or a cliffed house pattern, the Supra Sport has full control over the lane! While this one will excel extremely well on sport condition, if your local league pattern gets cliffed real quick, this is the number one option I have had.
