Performance Analysis
Performance Analysis
The Radical No Doubt Solid builds its foundation on the symmetric No Doubt core (2.48 RG, .051 differential), which provides a smooth, predictable ball motion that many bowlers can rely on. The moderate differential creates 4-5 inches of flare potential, offering enough track migration for good pin action without becoming uncontrollable. This makes it an ideal benchmark ball for bowlers who value consistency over aggressive hook potential.
Wrapped around this reliable core is Radical’s HK22C+ reactive solid coverstock, finished at 1500 grit polish. This combination allows the ball to read the lane smoothly in medium to heavy oil while still providing enough backend reaction to drive through the pins effectively. The polished finish helps the ball clear the front part of the lane before making its move, making it versatile enough to handle varying oil patterns. As part of Radical’s Reliable Line, this ball prioritizes dependable performance over flashy hook potential, making it perfect for league bowlers and tournament players who need a ball they can count on when the lanes transition.

No Doubt I am a left handed bowler. My ball speed is around 14.5 mph. My Rev rate is around 275 rpms. I recently punched up this ball. My layout choice is 75 x 4 x 30. With this layout and the cover/core combo. It makes this ball very continuous. It picks up in the mids earlier than the pearl No Doubt. This ball seems to be stronger and heavier roll on the backend. I think it is a great addition to the Radical Bowling Technologies line. Thanks, Robert Way
A great follow up to the no doubt this solid version is strong and versatile. Featuring the HK22C+ which makes it more responsive to the friction and with the super symmetrical core closing the gap between symmetrical and asymmetrical balls
